What we built
We took a job an outside firm was doing, and moved it inside the business.
A national home-care franchisor needed a very specific kind of person, and the people they wanted were not applying to job posts. So finding them was something you paid somebody else to do.
We built the system that does the looking. It searches, researches each person, and hands the team a written file: who they are, what they have done, and why it thinks they fit.
147 real people found and scored so far, each one with the evidence behind the score attached — so nobody is asked to trust a number they cannot check.
The capability stopped being something they rented, and became something they have.
And they own it.
The system, the data, and every person it has ever surfaced. If we walked away tomorrow, it would still be theirs and still be running.
What happens next
Rented software costs the same forever.
Year three costs exactly what month one cost. The price never comes down, because every month you are renting the same thing you rented last month.
